Q. How much does delivery cost?
A. Usually there is no additional fee for the delivery of your storage building.
Q. How long does it take to build a building?
A. Most storage buildings only take 1 or 2 days to complete.
Q. I can't be off from work on my build date. What do I do?
A. We have a simple procedure for those who cannot be home on the build date.
Q. It looks like it is going to rain on my build date. When will my building get built?
A. Unfortunately, we cannot build when it is raining. We will call to reschedule your build date.
Q. What happens if an installer gets hurt while constructing my building?
A. Unless a contractor has worker's compensation insurance, the homeowner's insurance will have to pay. However, all of Barnyard Utility Building's installers are insured.
Q. Do I need to level the ground before construction of my building begins?
A. No. However, there is an additional fee for high leveling.
Q. Does the build site need to be clear of debris?
A. Yes. The installer has a better experience if the build site is clear of stumps, limbs, weeds, etc.
Q. How long will my building last?
A. With proper maintenance, a building from Barnyard Utility Buildings should last for years to come.
Q. What if I have a problem with my building after it is complete?
A. Barnyard Utility Buildings has a commitment to customer service. All our classic buildings come with a 5-year workmanship warranty if properly painted. If you have an issue, please feel free to call us at 1-800-504-1880.
Q. I don't know if you can drive in my backyard. Can I still get a building?
A. Absolutely! Just talk to your sales associate about your situation.
